For all it's great gameplay, there are graphics issues with Mass Effect 1 that require you to open the command console in the game and change one setting

Three full games, with only some downloadable content included but for $18 you get hours of fantastic storytelling and gameplay.

The second and third ones are awesome though gameplay and story wise

If you are a fan of roleplaying games, mixed with over the shoulder gunplay, then you will enjoy the gameplay mechanics of the Mass Effect series

I'm only going to briefly mention the gameplay (drastic change from 1-2, made hugely better), the ending of ME3 (disappointing, but not as bad as it's been made out to be in my opinion - besides the game was so great it's worth the experience), and the story (ending aside, it's without a doubt the best I've encountered in an interactive medium).My main purpose for this review will be to discuss this product as a collection of all three titles

Reviewing the first game for PC.....Love the story and gameplay

The gameplay is what I love most

I would give it 5 out of 5, but the gameplay for the first one is just not good

Oftentimes boss fights are ten times harder than the fight leading up to them, which can easily ruin the gameplay

The gameplay is absolutely wonderful

Epic and engaging storyline coupled with superb gameplay

First was amazing story +Gameplay

Second had best story but cruddy gameplay

And the Third had great gameplay but not an entirely great story.

Outside of that issue, the gameplay was fun and I can't recall any major negative issues.

The story is really good and the gameplay is fun.

I like the story and gameplay overall.

With ME2, the gameplay improved dramatically.

Well worth picking up for great gameplay and amazing story!

As others have noted, the lack of a lot of the DLC is a little grating, but the games themselves are just as fantastic as when they were released

They spare no expense in regards to action, comedy, romance, and even anger as you make choices that will shape the future of the entire galaxy
