In hindsight, I wouldn't have wanted to miss playing Mass Effect, and I'm glad I got it for a good price.

Mass Effect 1 is a classic, one of the best games I have ever played

I would highly recommend playing all 3 games back to back and see what consequences your actions have on the world around you

ME1 can be a little tedious to get through, but each game gets better with each evolution and definitely well worth getting to ME3, which is probably the best single game I've ever played.

However, the story is solid, the characters are great, and of all the three games, this one gives you the greatest options to freely discover and explore in the universe.-Mass Effect 2 has greatly-improved combat and graphics from ME 1, though at the expense of some of the traditional role-playing elements.
