    • Kuna has great customer support, they picked up on the first Ring, regardless of what previous comments say about email only support.

    • Customer service and tech support is absolutely terrible, you call the automated system tells you that you are "next in line" and after an eternal hold dumps you into a voicemail that you can't understand.
    • Worst part; no porch light when it's "off line" terribly slow customer service.
    • I think Kuna forced all their customer to cloud service for ongoing subscription.
    • Bottom-line: Too many other customers have consistently reported problems (laggy videos, no Live View, delayed alerts, bugginess and nonexistent support) for my situation to be an one-off event.
