Customer service and tech support is absolutely terrible, you call the automated system tells you that you are "next in line" and after an eternal hold dumps you into a voicemail that you can't understand.

Worst part; no porch light when it's "off line" terribly slow customer service.

I think Kuna forced all their customer to cloud service for ongoing subscription.

Bottom-line: Too many other customers have consistently reported problems (laggy videos, no Live View, delayed alerts, bugginess and nonexistent support) for my situation to be an one-off event.

Now I learned that their customer service actionsare definitely up to the same standards at not only answering customer questions,but following through after the fact to make sure I (customer) solved the issue and washappy with it
