Update # 2, march 28, 2018.Same issues as before no change, one companion light keeps losing its connection, and another Kuna product permanently lost video feed, but ive learned to live with it, the other three kunas work fine

Second Kuna fired right up but had trouble viewing the live feed

I don't like the monthly fee; it said on the box 6 months free, but you had to guess what you were going to have to pay for

The problem we have is watching the live feed.

Live video goes in and out with updates, not that reliable regarding the live feed, and the notifications are a bit off...again, not enough to downgrade the rating or to recommend another product, notifications are enough that it's not too much of an inconvenience for the person waiting, and the recordings are not impacted by the app, recordings are clear, great video, and once you find out your needs, sensitivity wise, and range, the quality of video improves and the number of times it is erroneously activated is reduced to an acceptable level.

Need to pay for membership, I missed that 15.00 a month fee

The live feed has little delay and the sound quality is very good

when it says there's motion it takes several attempts to see a live feed making these cheap things DEAD ON ARRIVAL, if they can't even let me see what caused the motion sensor to go off at 3am what is their value.

Also the live feed is slow and jumps around frequently.

later you will not only miss the live feed but also the recording is deleted - so this camera becomes useless.3

Get notifications of motion but disappear after log in to view them lol (even for the 1st 2 hours of free storage)tip for maker is to allow us to install SD memory card for built in storage, cloud server will always has issues and add useless fees and cost to end user.

Yes, I don't like the subscription fee, but if it makes Kuna stay in business with that profit margin, I'm ok with it.

Live feed rarely works, light goes offfline a lot, etc.
