While I thought Kuna was useless before, I’m now tempted to trash it and reinstall a plain old “dumb” light

I contacted Kuna (email only) customer support who never found a resolution – though the problem seemed to resolve on it’s own.

I did sent the complaint to Kuna via their app help support, but no respond what so ever

I think Kuna forced all their customer to cloud service for ongoing subscription.

Very disappointed in this whole endeavor and would no longer recommend Kuna to family and friends.

The presently free video recording is a nice feature, We try to be sure to promptly watch and erase videos so we don't abuse Kuna's server space

Kuna works very well, the camera is very good, the sidewalk and street is not washed out like it is with other video products (Ring).Alerts from the Kuna are quick and the Kuna captures more video than other products when the motion is activated

Unfortunately, it didn't work for us...however, I don't think that's entirely Kuna's fault, I think that you should check out your configuration and see if it can accommodate a rectangular mount and such details...also a drawback, I was under the impression it was free for unlimited downloads and that the recordings would last 4-6 hours before disappearing (pay for cloud storage etc..), which I was okay with

We love our Kuna and the sense of freedom and safety it gives us.

Kuna also lacks the ability to work with other smart home devices like Belkin WeMo or Philips Hue through IFTTT

However, during Halloween 2016, "a small number of servers" had issues (according to Kuna), although it took every one of our cameras offline, including my brother's and a bunch of people all over the country

Went an vacation a couple of weeks ago, Kuna wasn't working while I was gone

I have enjoyed my Kuna so much that I purchased another for my back patio area

Took some adjustment within the app to get it to work as we wanted

It doesn't really work well as an on the spot communication device, but it does work as a history of who/what came to your door, and a timer for your porch light

It works exactly as I had hoped

Install is not as clean as it could be.

I wanted the safety of knowing who was there, as well as, being able to see who came while I wasn't home

Not as good as during the day but clear enough to get a good image of someone

I love that it alerts me on my phone with notifications, as well as in the house, when someone comes to the door
