so no it is not a WiFi issue

no delays.- probably related to wifi issue, sometimes live camera is not showing anything at all (black screen) or in a very bad picture and sound quality with huge delays;- not all recordings are properly playing in the cloud and not all motion detected events show up in the cloud- as I mentioned above, I thought it was related to my location and proximity to the router, but after buying the camera door ring from the competitor, I don't experience any related issues mentioned aboveSuggestion: wait till the developers improve the product

It's not a wifi issue, as the signal is strong at that point; yet I went through 3 weeks of pointless wifi channel changes that the Kuna customer service rep put me through.

I would give it five stars if the whole wifi issue can be improved.

We replaced our old router with a netgear night hawk and all the wifi issues where resolved.
