I had never heard of Medialink routers, but I decided to try the Medialink Wireless-N because I saw so many positive reviews about it and not a single unsatisfied customer.

I called the customer service who recommended I change some settings like different channels, all to no avail

After sifting through the reviews from folks who are (rightfully) upset that this company decided to sue a paying customer and finding ones that are actually about the router it does seem that people who purchased one of these more recently are having various issues I never did

Easy setup and pretty decent customer service.

However they do have good customer service, installation can also be hard, I had to call in to get it setup.

It works great, it is very easy to install(I am not computer saavy at all) and Medialink offers the best customer service on Amazon

(There was a known issue with Chromecast connectivity--Access Point isolation needed to be disabled, and this was not able to be done without a firmware update).Thankfully the issue was easily fixed due to Medialink's amazing customer service

So far no problem with this product, and I had outstanding customer service

After trying very, very hard to resolve these issues customer service forwarded a replacement product

I have had few issues, (all of which were due to my internet service provider - not the device) and on the rare occasions that I (or my I.S.P.) was unable to figure things out, their outstanding customer support team were a tremendous help in resolving those issues

This is a basic N router that works, from a company that does not treat unhappy customers well, and has marked up the price quite a bit.

Stay away from this company, the have horrible customer service

I would have gone with a even faster and more modern A/C router, but all of my WIFI devices only support wireless N, and thus wouldn't be compatible with the newest tech.

We had two laptops, two xboxes, two ipads, three smartphones, a smart TV and a Wii U at one time, and there was no problems

(Medialink).They sent me a "welcome" e-mail the day I got the product delivered, and actually offered to help!
