Looks great, different, nice wood

I know wood reacts to moisture and humidity as well, but not like skins and so far I have not had any issues with this product

Its made of very sturdy wood and the multiple sounds that you can get out of this amazing box is awesome

If your considering buying this drum then wait no longer, the only hesitation i made was deciding whether to get this one or the slightly more pricey meinl snare bongo cajon, but i wanted a solid wood drum, no holes drilled for adjustment screws, completely

Wood is soft to the touch, comfortable hold but disappointing sound for my taste, probably should have returned

I am not sure about using it for drum circles - it can be loud, but only if you hit it really hard, and since the thing is made of solid wood your hands will also take a beating

The wood is fabulous & better than the photo
