Broke the snare on day3

The symbals are pretty much worth less and the snare sounds so bad that we just decided not to use it

Over tuning the drum heads and one good hit with the sticks would probably break the snare, two tom-toms, and a bass drum head

If and when a child progresses and seems to want lessons (or at least starts playing most days), you might wish to upgrade the set by buying a better sounding snare drum.

The snare is adjustable, and the kit comes with a tuning key for the other heads.
