I've played flute and piccolo for over 35 years and this REALLY sounds just as nice as your higher end instruments.

Its not a top notch instrument but is serves it purpose

The instrument was pretty, but my daughter, who plays piccolo in her high school band, could not get it to play more than a single octave.

Since I am a firm believer on concentrating and perfecting one instrument at a time, I was very hesitant to pay a lot of money for another instrument.

The tuning cork is a bit of a booger to adjust, but you shouldn't have to because the instrument tunes very very well

I play in different groupings, bought this instrument because the one I have is old and damaged, I see this instrument with several positive comments of 5 stars me excited because it was excellent

to try and protect it more because it is not a sturdy, well built instrument I guess

More expensive instruments will as expected be a noticeably easier to play and get a good tone out of, there is no mistaking the difference

The major drawback for a lot of these instruments, is that they are very inexpensive upfront, but lack the quality of a good musical instrument

This is a nice instrument my daughter loves it and so does her band members.

If money is tight for you, why waste it on something twice or thrice or more times as expensive when this is truly a superb instrument itself
