Microsoft customer support will tell you (in a blase tone) that Band2 is out of production and they can't replace it even if you pay for it

Microsoft is impossible to get a hold of for any kind of customer support

Microsoft customer support is willing to send you a replacement under warranty but last time I asked for a full refund since every time I have to send it

I would never want to have to deal with Microsoft "customer support" again!

They also need to make customer support easier to access
