Had two of these in slightly over 2 years - wristband broke on the first one and now the second one did the same - this is a design flaw but MICROSOFT only solution was to go out and buy a new one.

I purchased this through Amazon and received it within the delivery period however this product suffers from design flaws

No additional help there though, despite of the obvious design flaw

The product has a major design flaw

That is an unacceptable design flaw without a stronger material for the strap

Think this is a design flaw
