After a year and a 1/2 this device died and Microsoft no more produce this or service this product,

Stay away from it or you will regret a few months later!!!There is a design fault with this band, the device tends to lose connection with the battery after a couple of months of use.

if only this device worked more than 3 months at a time

The Band 2 was clearly the best watch type device on the market when it launched, and is just now seeing competition that is roughly equal to its capabilities

I sent the defective device and it was returned to me 3 weeks after with no repair and nothing to even explained why it was returned unrepaired.

While it worked , it was my favorite device

I love this device, it does all I ask of it - except stay on the wrist
