Nice idea, but constantly turned off due to poor power

I HATE the idea of it being a throwaway item because Microsoft refuses to replace my battery pack.

this product has really beeen plagued with problems, a great idea poorly executed.

so, I loved the idea and the functionality of this product WHEN IT WORKED.

and I love the idea and what this device is capable of
