6 months after purchase rubber wristband broke apart.

In summary, those two Microsoft Band 2 have been a colossal waste of money and none worked longer than 11 months

Mine lasted 6 months of ordinary wear before the rubber strap split

Had it 8 months before band split, I took very good care of it.

I love Microsoft, but I just can't afford to pay ~$150 every 6 months when these break.

2nd band lasted 10 months until the rubber wristband broke again at the same location, not under warranty.

Then a few months into my second band it suddenly went dead

I mean really, since when is it acceptable to buy a $250 watch that doesn't last more than 3 months before breaking?

The last time they offered a full refund which I will take when I bring this one back as it just split again - 3 months from the date I first used it

every 8 months Microsoft...sorry

if only this device worked more than 3 months at a time

Unfortunately, I am now on my third one in 14 months (thank goodness for extended warranty purchase)
