    Microsoft Band 2 - Small

    • Horrible product
    • I contacted Microsoft support and they advised they cannot help as the product is no longer supported.
    • There are plenty of cheaper products available that I assume work
    • It's defective as a product
    • This is a great product
    • this product has really beeen plagued with problems, a great idea poorly executed.
    • This product is trash
    • There are multiple fitness devices available from companies that actually support their products.
    • For the amount of money that this cost, I would've expected a better quality product.
    • The product is actually pretty decent but the battery seems defective.
    • Instead, they throw out wasteful product that does not last long at all.
    • I'm stuck with two defective products.
    • Truly a bad product
    • nice product if it worked for more than six months
    • There are better products available and once my one year warranty expires...time to try an Apple Watch.
    • I did not abuse this product, simply tried to use it daily & it couldn't keep up
    • They do not care they just don't service customers that were stupid enough to buy the poorly designed product that they sold us.
    • I don't recommend this product to active individuals
    • Product is garbage, $200 + paperweight now
    • Terrible product.
    • I think the Band is still an amazing value, and since the Band app is available on every platform, one of the safest products to use to track this kind of data and keep is secure
    • Great product!the only issue I have is that the rubber strap has a crack close to the display
    • The Microsoft band is simply a poor designed product
    • I am amazed that Microsoft didn't create a more reliable product
    • Microsoft puts out a Microsoft Band with a default and you are basically screwed right at 12 months when they know the product is faulty and have no intention of standing behind their product.
    • This is one of their best products in the recent time
    • Be ware, they will offer no recourse while the rest of the world's vendors are making superior products
    • I would say that is 5 times better than the old band which was also a decent product
    • We both really liked the product when it worked, but in the end, hardware and software failures prevailed
    • Terrible product - issues with band and stopped charging after several months
    • Microsoft now claims they were fulfilling service from back stock of Bands and have run out of that stock and have said they are not supporting this product
    • The product has a major design flaw
    • that I really like the product,
    • Like many others I really wanted to like this product
    • I would not recommend this--buy a cheaper product.
    • It's a poor product, unlike my Surface Pro 4, which I love
    • To sum up, don't buy a Microsoft band unless you seek disappointment, because this product is disappointing in many ways.
    • I don't recommend this product to anybody unless you are the type that doesn't mind replacing tech products on a yearly basis.
    • this is a very older product and it doesnt work.
    • THE POOCH on this lousy product.
    • But ultimately, I would not recommend this product, which is unfortunate because I absolutely loved it otherwise.
    • If they would make this product durable... it would be the perfect product.
    • This is a really well conceived product that has been really badly executed
    • The functionality is great, but the product does not last and Microsoft refuses to stand behind this product.
    • Just a badly designed product that should be avoided.
    • Terrible product - issues with band and stopped charging after several months
    • The product is fantastic in all of its capabilities and use, however, it has now broken twice and now I am out the $
    • but really I'd have preferred a product that didn't need it.
    • I would not recommend this product to people in the market for a smart watch/fitness watch
    • Worst product ever.
