the strap broke for the second time and MS has refused to repair.

it's a sports watch...pathetic strap quality

The strap rips/tears in the region where the face of the watch meets the rubber strap every time

After just 13 months, obviously lasted more than some, the strap cracked and broke in two

Now the strap is again splitting and coming apart again on the band that was replaced

Only complain is the strap kept cracking
