    Microsoft Band 2 - Small

    • Each time the band lost the ability to hold a charge.
    • Two times the screen went out and two times the band broke.
    • 4th time this band has broken and now Support will not honor their exchange they have done 3 times previously
    • And the last time was because the band was falling apart
    • Both times, the hardware exhibited the same problem(s) which suggests there is an issue with the hardware itself
    • This band broke 4 times in 12 months.
    • I know the produce design is flawed, but they could have given me a refund the first time instead they give you a
    • The rubber snap has split once, two other times were electriconic fails
    • Microsoft customer support is willing to send you a replacement under warranty but last time I asked for a full refund since every time I have to send it
    • My Band2 broke three times within a year.
    • And this time I didn't even work out with it so it didn't experience any real wear and tear.
    • I attempted to return it through the band's software, like I did the previous times, but the software's return system was down.
