i tried to do everything in Microsoft support page in order to fix it , but nothing helps

The new Surface Pen was supposed to be an improvement over the previous generation, but most apps don't support the features Microsoft is marketing (tilt, 4k+ points)

Microsoft really should reconsider the design for the surface screen if light bleed & bulging/separating is happening this early on in the tablet's life.

I hoped that Microsoft solves the reliability issues of the previous Surface devices

And yet, Microsoft seems unable to deliver a product that will just work.

Also the delivery service just left my "Refurbished" computer on my step without requiring a signature--I gave Microsoft my credit card number to have the "deluxe" replacement where they shipped the "Refurbished" computer to me

I also went cheap on the keyboard opting to use an existing Satchi Bluetooth keyboard that I already own instead of the fancy Microsoft Surface Pro Signature Type Cover with Alcantara® material

These are problems that Microsoft chooses to ignore because these tablets are an easy cash grab

The awful Microsoft Office purchase experience totally ruined any joy I might receive from the most expensive computer I've ever owned.

Also, I gave two stars because Microsoft is too cheap to continue selling it with the pen.

Because of this new attention to hardware design/detail, I feel like Microsoft finally "gets me" again

(I don't know why Microsoft has to confuse everyone by not naming it the Surface Pro

It seems like Microsoft catches a fair amount of negativity, but they sure make a tablet that is a rock solid laptop alternative.

Microsoft has the best in class from factor device for multimedia and profesional work flow consumption and even digital art and non of the OEM'Smanufacturers has a device so complete like this, not even Apple, but they have to work harder in make this device worth it

I wonder how Microsoft is not accurate when it posts the Surface Pro description

However, it has 1024 pressure levels of sensitivity as opposed to the three times more expensive Microsoft New Surface Pen with its 4,096 pressure point levels

Plus, most hardware doesn't support USB-C yet anyway; it hasn't been made yet
