It's a bit hard to control if you are not using a flight controller, but there are lots of good training missions included and you can turn off the realistic settings if you just want to fly around and have some fun.

The most fun I've had so far was the mission that introduces you to Jet's

Since I've flown actual training in the Reno-Tahoe area, the soaring tutorial mission at Minden was outstanding, except that I couldn't get breakast at the cafe.

It is really well laid out, missions are very fun, everything within is just awesome

The missions look incredible and the graphics at 4-6 fps look great in the sense of the quality of buildings but at 4-6

but I just can't deal with trying to go through these otherwise useful training missions because of all his ridiculous comments.

this is an awsome game, the missions are incredible, they even have one in which you have to land a 747 in Quito-Ecuador

I've also added on FSX Acceleration, Aerosoft Flight Tales, and Rescue Pilot, all of which add fun new missions

It comes with a great collection of aircraft, the most detailed scenery yet, and, brace yourself, the missions are actually fun on this one.

it does not have as manny missions, and i recommend you have a little expierence with flight sim and computers

I like the brief short missions that allow you learn to fly, taxi, and maneuver

, the missions are surprisingly fun and creative (anyone want to ferry workers to area 51?), and the graphics are *better* than 2004 even without all the bells and whistles

Has "Flying Lessons" with, granted, a guy who has the corniest sense of humor I've ever heard...but humor aside...still really cool and as far as I (a non pilot) can tell, seems like the tests are fairly realistic with the exception that you "can" bypass startup, mixture, rudders, etc.
