With it being Microsoft, I expected this products to be better

These are just lousy products now for some reason.

I suspect that MS doesn't know (or care) about the issue, and that some hero at its Chinese factory is trying to save a buck by packaging the same cheap product with differing labels

Microsoft usually makes wonderful products but this keyboard is very user un-friendly

Any other corporation's keyboard is more resistant to such accidents, it seems microsoft designed this keyboard to be like this on purpose to increase sales - using a conductive membrane whose pathways dissolve with mere water in seconds is inexplicable in an otherwise very well designed product.

Would not recommend this product because it didn't even last 3 months.

The product is good, not as quiet as I would have liked, but overall it works well.

I was divided on four or five stars, but since I need this more extreme curve to deal with wrist pain, it's not the product's fault, so I won't hold the awkwardness of it against the designers.
