When I needed to move the software to another computer, it had not been tied to a Microsoft Account like the other versions of this software are and, when I called Microsoft Tech support, they were absolutely horrible and refused to help, accusing me repeatedly of pirating the software and hanging up on me rather than letting me speak with a manager.
