Amazing Computer, next generation!

but I love this computer so

It pretty much runs every desktop app that a normal computer can with no limitations

This is my 2nd MS Surface Pro 3 and without a doubt it is the best computer/device I have ever owned.

This is the best computer i've ever owned in my life its so easy to do anything you wanna use it for it runs great the only issue i have is my battery drains faster then addvertised i only get about 3 hours of use other then that highly recommend it

An absolutely great computer.

The computer has not been stable enough for me to bother installing any software (barring firefox and once OpenOffice) because it has been so unstable and erratic

I just spent a day driving to and back from the Microsoft store, only to be told that my 18 month old computer is dead and that there is nothing they can do for me

This was to augment my aging Win 7 computer.

In that time, the user account has been corrupted three times, the computer has crashed several times, the browser cannot view certain websites (like google news, ABC<dot>com; basic stuff) without blowing up

I would not recommend this product to anyone that I know, unless you are a computer engineer who enjoys spending hours of your life fixing computers, and googling "Why does my touch screen not work?" and "why does my surface pro 3 randomly shut off when I'm using it?".These are the issues I experienced:First Surface Pro 3:I was completely delighted to get this, because I wanted to use it this quarter to take notes in Statistics

The computer's battery degraded to only 2 hrs on a charge within a year and Microsoft replaced it

Hate that they updated a month later, but when purchased on discount this is the more useful computer i have ever purchased.

This is looking like my best computer purchase ever.

I have brought it to my more computer-savvy friends, who try to fix the issue until they get annoyed and say "I don't know"

Second Surface Pro 3:I again was pretty excited, thinking that it was just a fluke, and unlikely that I would get two crappy computers.
