It comes with a driver disc for those still on Windows XP.I've tested/synced it with two controllers and there doesn't seem to be any input lag of any sort

It automatically downloaded the drivers when first plugged in (I'm on Windows 7)and has perfectly connected 3 Xbox 360 controllers simultaneously, without any perceivable input lag
