I use this product with my Wireless XBOX 360 Controllers on my Linux Mint PC to play games on Steam as well as with various Emulators

Make sure you're using a good powered USB 2.0 port on your motherboard.... sometimes I wonder if people are having problems because its not getting enough power, or are trying to use USB 3.0

I personally like being able to screencast my game onto the television, plug in this device and connect an Xbox 360 controller, and kick back on the bed to play the games I need it for - mostly Dark Souls and racing games
