excellent features good reception (has mem feature)

I find that this feature works quite well and is useful when you are away from civilization.

This is a small CB it works good and has some nice features.

It has very useful features: it has a small pigtail antenna for short range communication) but has a SO-239 connector to let you install an external antenna to increase the coverage range

The mobile feature is great if you have a magnetic antenna to go on your vehicle

In a flat terrain city area with houses and trees I get about 1.5 - 2 miles of talk range from my 75-822 with a matched 30" external antenna on my car using the provided DC power plug, as tested in measured distance experiments with my son in his car with his CB.The pluses - this unit has several nice features that typically aren't included on lower priced entry-level sets.
