A positive signal EVERY time

When I found a code that stopped the false signals I raised the sensitivity in increments and backed off when I received a false signal.

The signal is not strong enough to reach the house, even when placed close.

A friend of mine has one and his works well with no false signaling.

Traffic is heavy during morning and evening work hours, but is light on Saturday and Sundays and overnight, the false signals FOLLOWED the heavy traffic times, so it's pretty certain the traffic on the road causes the false signals

So if you are having a issue it very well could be a scrambled signal from interference of other WiFi units.

The receiver is about 150 foot away from transmitter and no problems with a failed signal.

Provide a port for a plugin mini strobe light, in addition to the audible signal, to alert hard of hearing users and users in a work shop environment.

There will also be a multitude of radio sources in any urban neighborhood, and those can represent both interference and false signals

I worked with it until the false signals stopped but now it doesn't work at all therefore my rating changed to one star.

By the way, I have had it installed for a few days and it has never picked up a false signal

I can also actually get an erroneous signal by using my home food slicer in the same room, but without that and no other apparent electrical interference, the problem reverted to presence of the passing traffic on the road forty feet away.

And despite some reviewers' comments, it also transmits a stronger signal than the FM131 did

I think this has to do with a weak signal because of where it is

Item does indeed work as it is at the end of a 350 foot drive, wife loves not being surprised when someone pulls in to visit.

Yes this product works as it says it does , but it is not loud enough , I have heard a watch make a louder alarm , this is not an alarm it is useless .

We live in northwest Wisconsin with a long driveway and wanted something that alerted us to vehicles coming up the drive instead of being surprised by the doorbell, but did not think a motion sensor type would work as we also have a lot of deer in the area and figured we might hear the alarm throughout the night

(I don't want to destroy a hive), but the point was - it WORKED as I wanted it to.

I think the product works as it is supposed to.

The unit was easy to install and worked as it was meant to work.
