In short, trial sim works, porting number doesn't work, customer support is slow to respond and helpless
-
I've found no problems with them and their customer support actually answers and is helpful.
-
Their customer support was atrocious
-
Customer support was pretty much non-existent, and online forms mostly just said "find an alternative such as Google voice"
-
The customer support was quick
-
Called customer support and no resolution
-
I am giving it 4 stars for the service NOT their customer support
-
I am giving this 5 Stars because of excellent customer support by phone
-
It worked out well in the end though and I never even had to contact customer support (which is probably a very good thing as I've heard not so good things about their "support")
-
The port is supposed to be completed in 48 hours or less, so after five days waiting (three business days and two weekend days), I contacted customer support via online chat
-
Their customer support was atrocious

Eventually I tried to make a call that ended up routing me directly to customer support.
-
Customer support answered IMMEDIATELY without any wait time whatsoever.
-
They finished the port within about six hours!I've read several reviews that say their customer support is poor
-
It actually works customer support was quick and helpfully awsome price

I called their customer support and the person on the line said there was no way to undo the registration of the SIM and I'd have to buy another

You get what they promise, and data speeds are often 2-3Mbit/s, good for video
-
Best T-Mobile MVNO.
-
n’t sound like much, but before, I could hear people perfectly, but they couldn’t hear me half the time
-
I prepaid 300 for the full-year plan after trying out the test SIM card, and the coverage is just as good as T-Mobile (same network, I believe).
-
awesome deal, works off of T-Mobile, reliable and cheap!!
-
If you are able to do some light research/googling, don't mind rolling up your sleeves a little bit during the trial and activation process, are in a good T-Mobile coverage area and the trial SIM works well for you, this might be a good bet
-
I used phone for 2 days before deciding to switch to permanent plan - and get my $5 trial fee credited to the 1-year plan!I simply installed the second, "permanent" sim, entered some information, paid the required monthly or annual fee, and in 5 minutes, I was up-and-running on Mint Mobile with my current T-mobile number ported to Mint Mobile
