It just stayed like that for minutes then hours then days

Some days everything is great then you find out there are missing calls with no indication

Wasted $5 and 5 days of my time

But once I decided that it wasn't for me, had to push, push, push mint to honor their 7 Day refund policy

I typically only got about 5 Mbps download speeds on a good day

Until the day comes that this improves, I will NOT recommend this service and will NOT change my review

every day the wireless data disconnects (text and talk still work)

So I've decided to request a refund, considering it was Friday, no idea if they work on weekends and we're getting close to the end of 7 days refund window

The have a free 7-day trial, then you purchase up front for 3 or 12 months and you get the $10/mo rate

So the next day we bought a years worth of Mint service for our teenager.
