I made sure to setup my APN settings correctly and even called tech support to verify that everything was set up correctly
-
I called tech support, and they answered very quickly, and said that it was likely that the phone wasn't "completely unlocked" (?)
-
but he would fix it now but tech support left ten minutes ago
-
A call to Mint tech support - they ask for the SIM number and say, sorry, the SIM isn't in their system right, but they can't fix it - has to be escalated
-
If their tech support can't figure this out, I'm going to have to switch to another carrier
-
I read reviews about bad tech support
-
At least when you call Tech Support, in my case, they actually answered the phone...
-
No calls to tech support needed
-
One of the sim had an error, and tech support was okay -- ended up costing me a full month ($6) fee with my previous carrier.
-
Called tech support, got the run around (the checked the build on my Moto G4+ to make sure it was U.S. manufactured)
-
(you do it after successfully porting your number), but it would have been nice to have that spelled out in the instructions or by tech support
-
I had no issues getting this set up on my phone and didn't require any tech support, so I can't speak to the quality of tech support
-
Tech support did not understand my question
-
I can't review the tech support, the kit was so easy to use that I never needed any support
-
I’ve tried everything: hours on the phone with tech support, getting a new SIM, toggling airplane mode, toggling cellular data, resetting network settings, and finally factory resetting the phone
-
Tech support is only qualified to tell you to reboot, submit a ticket and callback.
-
a minor inconvenience for someone looking to set it up on a dumbphone.the website only tells you that it's an invalid activation code, and I had to call their tech support to be informed that i'd need to activate the sim via a smart phone, and that you did not have to have the sim in the same phone that you were running the activation from
-
Tech support is almost non existent.
-
Again I called tech support, and they answered promptly, and informed me that my SIM card could not be ported to my number, since a new number had already been generated.
-
I called tech support (again, they answered very quickly), and they said I'd used all 100 MB of LTE data on that SIM...
-
Thus far, I have not used, nor experienced the need to contact Tech support, as such, have not provided a rating

Best T-Mobile MVNO.
-
n’t sound like much, but before, I could hear people perfectly, but they couldn’t hear me half the time
-
I prepaid 300 for the full-year plan after trying out the test SIM card, and the coverage is just as good as T-Mobile (same network, I believe).
-
awesome deal, works off of T-Mobile, reliable and cheap!!
-
If you are able to do some light research/googling, don't mind rolling up your sleeves a little bit during the trial and activation process, are in a good T-Mobile coverage area and the trial SIM works well for you, this might be a good bet
-
I used phone for 2 days before deciding to switch to permanent plan - and get my $5 trial fee credited to the 1-year plan!I simply installed the second, "permanent" sim, entered some information, paid the required monthly or annual fee, and in 5 minutes, I was up-and-running on Mint Mobile with my current T-mobile number ported to Mint Mobile

You get what they promise, and data speeds are often 2-3Mbit/s, good for video
