Everything else about the service has been wonderful, but the way you treat your customers when YOU have made a mistake (that you acknowledged!) is downright disrespectful and a disgrace

A real problem with this company and when you call them, they cannot solve the problems, they just say buy another sim, the way they have things set up is bad for customers, they need to improve their detailed steps, like saying don't insert sim until you activate it online, but trying to do it online sometimes won't work, their website was down and not working, the guy told me when I called, yet would not send me another sim for free, I had already spent $5 on sims, a real fiasco with Mint
