I have also worn it swimming and the monitor works very well that way also.
-
The best way to solve this problem is to sit still and/or take off the Shine when you aren't on your feet
-
(Not hard and fast, but does give a good idea of what you need to do to lose, gain, or maintain weight.)Overall, I think this is a useful, stylish, and inexpensive way to track your fitness and diet progress.
-
I don't see just giving a refund as a smart way to do business on their end, but it worked out for me
-
It was an awesome way for me to keep accountable on how much I was moving each day
-
Either way I consider their platform a fail due to this
-
I love the way this device functions
-
Pros it is cheap and if you want to find out if tracking is for you its a decent way to find outCons1
-
more a fault of the strap and the way it holds the actual device, but still that leaves me with a lost device.
-
I was excited thinking it to be an easy way to count my
-
I was annoyed that it was so fragile, but I liked the system and the way the device worked and
-
, I tap it (what a stupid way to make it go
-
She likes the way it looks, that it's smaller than most fitness trackers, that you never have to charge it, and it's versatility
-
That's a fantastic way to build brand loyalty, and I was really happy to be a Misfit user
-
Having it on my wrist is not only a good way to keep track of it, but it forces me to remember to stay active
-
Doesn't look like there is a way to get my money back on this since its lost!
-
I also didn't really like the way it looked or felt, like a hospital bracelet
-
It just keeps popping out of the bracelet, the best way to lose it, this is the 4th replacement we got.
-
I love the way it looks.
-
I like the way this tracker works with my phone.
-
Waterproof, wearable anywhere, affordable, "entry level", matches/syncd up with other aps if you want more features, this has been a great way to "test the waters of fitness trackers".
-
At night in the dark a great way to see what time it is, just two soft taps and the clock face illuminates
-
It's so much more stylish than a FitBit, as well as being cheaper.-Accuracy
-
A few times it worked as it should, tap twice, show progress
-
I bought the so-called "Speedo" version of Shine from Misfit site directly in Sep as soon as it's available, and was highly expecting it
-
My only criticism is that it pops out of the wrist band and it very easy to lose (as you will see from other reviews)
-
Very unhelpful as by then you have to start trying to sync all over again
-
The item doesn't work as it will not hold a charge.
-
I always wear it on my wrist but there is the option of wearing it as a sort of lanyard type thing as well as you can buy additional pieces to wear it as a necklace etc
-
I was really hoping this would work out as I needed an activity tracker for the swimming pool.
-
After reading the numerous reviews and looking at other activity monitors I decided to go with the Misfit Shine as I wanted something that would integrate with my business clothing, provide accurate readings for activities, monitor my sleep cycle, and I really wanted something that was waterproof.
-
Ok, so I tried just now and it worked as it should, showing progress and then time
-
I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
-
This is by far my favorite fitness tracker I've tried both for the sleek fit and comfort as well as for accuracy
-
Don't use your money on this, as totally cool as it seems.
