Misfit support was worthless

I contacted Misfit support who quickly replied and offered me to send back a new Shine 2 and a brand new action clip to attach to the band and should supposedly holding the Shine 2 perfectly

However, I must say that Misfit support has been premium taking into consideration customers feedback

Few issues with device popping off etc, but support is great and they fix/replace quickly.

I sent a query to Misfit customer support after the first few times it popped out of the band asking when they would have accessories for Shine 2 (hoping for something more substantial than the wristband and clip that came with Shine 2).

Misfit support has been marginal at best, just running through "try again' advice and repeated steps that request more and more information.

I am really happy now and thanks to the wonderful and nice support from Misfit
