Assembly was rather easy

The assembly went well, and the height control is easy to use.

Assembly was pretty easy too, but help was needed for putting the seat and back together.

This is my second chair in this model, i bought my wife one a year ago, and finally got around to getting one for myself, because hers was so comfortable, and gave her problematic back the support she was looking for, easy assembly, great looking, and just a fantastic chair all around, highly recommend.

As highly regarded as they are, there is no getting past ergonomics: It did not fit us the way we needed it to fit, but they are built like an old Mercedes Benz, so they last and hold their value

disappointing as it may be it is still a good chair and worth the money!
