Four stars for following reasons: (1) one of the screws on the seat was difficult to screw in because it didn't line up perfectly and (2) the seat does feel a little like it's tilted forward, so you'll want to add a few washers in the front screws of the seat to bolster it up a bit.

I will say, however, that im giving two stars because 1) I personally failed to listen to the other bad reviews of this product before i bought it, 2) the overall quality of it really isn't bad at all

Another reason this item loses 1 star is there is no plastic sleeve that covers the center post

Lost a star for the foot rail not being usable, just as everyone mentioned, it is too small.
