I hate raw, scraped fingers after wiring two surround-systems for family but this cable was a nice respite from brittle aluminum blends and I quickly got a feel for how to avoid breaks and pulling the wires out where I meant to strip the insulation.

Heavy gauge copper wire makes speakers sound so much better than skinny aluminum wires that are so often used

Looks like there was a seller selling this cheap and shipping out some cheap aluminum wire.
