The Monoprice 16 gauge speaker wire is a good value

They claim a cross section of 3.0 mm square, which is the proper value for solid copper AWG 12, but their defense must be they are including the air between the strands in the measurement.

In any case, it's a great value for 100 feet of all copper wire.
