classic characters, classic gameplay, new combos and fatalities

All the cool and classic characters are back, great combos, super moves, the X-ray thing is awesome wow

The gameplay is more fluent than ever, combos are fun to watch and pull off

I love the combos

Seeing a return to two dimensional fighting is a major plus, adding to the challenge and the ability to perform more complex combos similar to those seen within Capcom fighting games

It takes a lot of effort, precision, and luck to enter the right button combos to perform fatalities and babalities, which is one of the major selling points of the game

The over the top fatalities, the silly friendships and babalities, and the simple combos and mind games of a basic 2D fighting game...these features are what made the Mortal Kombat experience, and what made them fun

This game reminds me when I used to play MK3, I like de 2D idea, it fits the very escence of MK games, Easy combos and the live compatibity is very fun

This game is great, the new x-ray attacks and awesome combos you can pull off are great

I wish the combos were easier

The combos are just masterful and the control system, even though it has a learning curve, is pretty good

The combos aren't too easy and the 2D fighting plane is awesome.

It's like playing with the speed at 11 trying frantically to pull off combos by smashing button combos like a speed freak, where as Mortal Kombat is more about the gameplay and blocking

The game has legitimate "Kombos" akin to Mortal Kombat 3, but they also made it so you can combine combos with special moves as well and make up your own kombos, like Mortal Kombat II

If you LOVE TONS of Blood, Jeffery Dahmer style finishing moves, awesome "Killer Instinct" type combo's, a year long worth of replay value, and more action in a single fight then most games have in 10 hours worth of play

but this game had me addicted than any other games i had including call of duty if u like the mortal kombat series get this game its the best out of all of them bringing back gory fatalities and awesome combos
