Did perfect job of making my car surface and paint super smooth

I used autowash soap/water as a lube for the clay, did a great job on my 7 yr old van, I only washed it in 7 yrs

I tried this on a 1997 Honda Accord and a 2010 CRV, did excellent job on both, paint looks like new on the 1997 Accord (color :white, location:South Texas)thanks to quality of the paint and this smoothing system

I used the included detailing fluid liberally and will need to buy more but the kit did a great job in removing the grime and left my car feeling and looking new.

Took an hour for one door...but to be fair, I do not do a good job washing my car(regular washes) especially since it rained so heavy in California this year

I found that while the clay product does a pretty good job of removing dirt, sap, and small particles, adhering to the paint finish, it doesn't do much for removing paint spots.

I had over spray everywhere because the knuckleheads didnt do a good job covering the car during repairs.

The clay bar appears to do a good job, it just didn't do what I was hoping it would... remove graffiti on the hood of my classic car.

Reading the reviews on Amazon (and other websites) for clay bars and their use in cleaning up paint surfaces, I thought I'd try this Mother's kit to revitalize my paint job.

The clay is clay and does a good job removing grit, however one thing of note is that when using the clay, make sure that the surface of the vehicle is lubricated with the spray/water and that the surface of the car is not hot
