The GPS on my phone started breaking down as well

I paid 10 dollars for the Premium version as the free one did not work as well

I'm hoping that the receptacle unit's GPS will actually work.02/04/2017 Update: Been using the current replacement infrequently for the last month, it's been working fine, but in the last week the GPS has started to fail on this unit as well

The Moto G Play works flawlessly

Apparently this is a problem with all versions of the 4th gen Moto G and is due, at least in part, to the lack of an accelerometer (compass).This makes the phone pretty useless since GPS is an essential feature to me
