The speaker is loud for music and I have never had any problems hearing people on the phone or being heard

Amazon should think twice about continuing to sell a product that doesn't live up to its major hype point, and Motorola needs to do a much better job in letting its phone support people know that blaming Amazon for sloppy copy-editing isn't what tech trouble-shooting is all about.

The high end features that some people are carping about are included in more expensive phones

Everything was included in the box and I would recommend people to buy this item because it is GSM unlock and works on all carriers.

I wish Prime users could block carriers that hire but do not fire incompetent people
