Phone works well except for the group message, doesn't work at all

Some reviewers state that this phone works on T-Mobile and some say it does not

I didn't because after two weeks, I can say that this phone works flawlessly

I been using it with Android 9 and the phone works like I ordered

My boyfriend has the same setup as I do and his phone works just fine

With 64GB, fingerprint and face recognition - unlocked phone, using with Cricket is a great deal for the price

Nearly stock android with the addition of moto gestures, which I miss in my S9, and 3.

The Moto G7 is a HUGE improvement, and i am super impressed with the phone itself, from the screen size to the light weight to the accuracy of the fingerprint sensor.

I'm just grateful the old girl held on until Black Friday when I was able to snag a Moto G7 for $179 on Amazon.

All phones nowadays have nonremovable batteries which is terrible because any phone, flagship or not, will loose charge over 2or3 years and then need to be replaced or dumped

I did some research on battery life and these Moto g7 and g6 phones (Power and Play, respectively) were leading the charge.

The battery life has declined by half in the one month I've owned it.

I've had this G7 for 2 days only and the battery life is just as bad as the G4 during its final days.

The phone has a very poor signal with my Verizon service.

The old phone lost the signals anywhere other than sitting on the dashboard, and sometimes even then it would lose them.

The only thing i noticed is that the signal its little weak compared to the phone from t-mobile i use before

Also a fake layer of breakaway glass on the back makes it impossible to set anywhere without a case and when it inevitably breaks, it's an excuse not to honor their warranty.

I feel that there's a defect with this phone that's causing it to allow moisture in, but the company won't honor the warranty if there's any moisture in the phone.

The glass of this device is cheap very upsetCracked all to hell from the cold weather

However, 3/2019 I needed to upgrade as one by one my apps "were no longer compatible with this phone" (annoying).

I guess I was just used to Sprint and Samsung just littering the phone with useless, proprietary and invasive apps - and most if not all of them couldn't be deleted or shut off

This is a pretty decent phone, battery works, apps work

Replaced an older phone she had for a while that had very lousy battery life and would die at bad times

All in all, i would highly recommend this phone to anyone who doesn't wanna drop a grand every time a new phone comes out

I like all the features this phone has to offer but there is 2 flaws one the fingerprint reader does not read all the time and the facial recognition barely works

Amazon should think twice about continuing to sell a product that doesn't live up to its major hype point, and Motorola needs to do a much better job in letting its phone support people know that blaming Amazon for sloppy copy-editing isn't what tech trouble-shooting is all about.

Everything was included in the box and I would recommend people to buy this item because it is GSM unlock and works on all carriers.

First drop, wooden floors, shattered the entire screen, so bad the glass cut me while picking it up.

Good hardware in the handset but the antennas seem weak, signal drops significantly with minor obstructions like hands or simply standing indoors vs outside

If I had to find something to conplain about, I would say it slightly inconveniences me when the phone does it's weird freeze/won't respond thing it does

The Moto G7 is fussy and freezes/restarts constantly

but you will miss NFC.

My only issues with this phone is no NFC & it's not waterproof.

I personally allready have been using 2 phones , the other still in use has nfc, and I doubt I'll stop using nfc, but now am thinking of alternative options to the 2 phone life (smartwatch with nfc 🤔 ) since this phone really does last all day on its own.
