Also a fake layer of breakaway glass on the back makes it impossible to set anywhere without a case and when it inevitably breaks, it's an excuse not to honor their warranty.

IT WAS OUR FAULT FOR OPENING IT ,AND ARE NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY

I feel that there's a defect with this phone that's causing it to allow moisture in, but the company won't honor the warranty if there's any moisture in the phone.

I was for years a Samsung loyalist, but after my S8's motherboard went bad after only 6 month, and because of a very tiny crack on the back, they wouldn't honor the warranty, I gave up on Samsung

People on the other end seem to hear things fine, but the sound of people calling into the phone isn't as clear as on other phones.

Very easy to set up with T mobile, Great features, fast charging and long battery life,I use google maps all day for work plus a few texts and phone calls and still have 65% battery at end of day
