    • After a few hiccups with the tech support (very apparent with Comcast svcs) the modem seemed to run like a champ
    • I was pleasantly surprised that I ended up with American tech support
    • Comcast Tech Support found the device connected in my

    • I contacted tech-support and they sent me another modem with the exact same problem.
    • Installation was easy -- a call to Comcast tech support was not required.
    • Only difficulties I had was on Spectrum's side and required their tech support. . .
    • Since it's within warranty, I'm contacting tech support, but I think I'm modem shopping again!Update: according to the tech support specialist, my issue is 'corrupted firmware' OR a bad power supply and the modem needs to be replaced.
    • I decided to just try again the next day by calling TWC Tech Support and sure enough the lady I spoke with had me up and running in less than 5 mins
