    • Works as expected, no issues.
    • The cable company loaner router rectified the issue and it has not gone down since

    • Cox told me the serial number is not one issued by Motorola and the serial number is not in the format for the MB7621.Cox then told me the signal was sent to the modem but the modem couldn't read it
