    • Excellent product, ease of use and great connection, love it
    • I recheck the coax, as well as the connections and devices on that coax in the office, might buy another DOCSIS 3.1 modem and compare directly.
    • The TiVo tech support representative conferenced the call with Comcast in a process to resolve the intermittently bad connection to a cablecard that decrypts TV programming.
    • I boosted my 150mb connection from 48mbps -129
    • Connection lost when I hooked up the router, that took two hours.
    • It consistently loses connection and has to be restarted every one or two weeks.
    • That those connections would provide some very basic IP capabilities
    • The light on front, plus information on the Advanced | Connection page indicate it is connected using DOCSIS 3.1.
    • Works well with Xfinity, easy setup preferred over the Netgear model can bond connections if that ever comes available.
    • Loses connection multiple times a day
    • When attaching a cable to it it will not fix to IP address is so either it keeps the first keyboard connected or it connects the IP address to the second cable and you lose the first connection.
    • Great Modem!*Easy setup*COX gigablast compatible,*Power button on the back*Doesn't lose connection to the

    • This can support up to 32x4 (if I'm not mistaken).PROS:-DOCSIS 3.1 and 3.0-Runs cool.-Reliable, has not cut out yet like past Motorola ARRIS modems have for me.-32x4 channels.-Pretty simple setup (see cons for more details).-The future of modems, great investment at a better price than the Netgear and ARRIS branded 3.1 modems.-Comes with power cable, ethernet cable, velcro tie for cables, and a wrench to tighten the coax cable.-One time price, versus the monthly fee of renting one from your ISP-Standalone modem and not router/modem combo making it more reliable longterm.-AQM for lower latency, have yet to really notice this since I use all my devices over WIFI.-Supports bonded (two ethernet cables) connection to ISP if you are lucky enough to actually have Gigabit internet service
    • This high end modem is really not needed unless you are going for a faster connection - 450mb/sec for comcast or 1 gig.
    • Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade and looking for a simple installation, also has power off function so you dont have to unplug everytime you need to cycle to refresh connection.
    • So far so goodHaven’t had any problems and don’t eed to rent one anymore
    • In my case my modem at that point proceeded to update the firmware, and once it stabilized I then switched the ethernet cable to my router
