I did read that the Arris SB8200 did have issues with running hot and rebooting several times and also required a hard reset

I did hard resets, spoke to my cable provider.

It would not work without repeated, manual resets via the power supply.

TL;DR see pros and cons belowHad issues with my old Motorola Arris Surfboard modem constantly cutting out every 2-3 days forcing a hard reset

So far so goodHaven’t had any problems and don’t eed to rent one anymore
