This is a great router, Internet at home is much faster now

Easy to set up and works well as wireless router and modem

This router works great when you're in the same room, but as soon as I go to another floor, I'm better off using my cell phone data.

People that dislike this are not very internet savvy I feel of you buy a cheap 80$ router and just use this as a modem your internet will increase drastically

I love my new Motorola modem and router.

Problem was this router, not the provider.

Afte performing a factory reset, download speeds are still below when I got the router but not as bad as when I wrote the review

Nowhere near as solid as the stock xFinity modem/router

I like this router.

So far so good, quick install, faster than my previous combo modem/router (Arris, which died, I never had any modem die on me before, which made me buy Motorola, even though the latest Arris model was rated higher).

Better speed then my last router that was separate from its modem.

The router is horrible, couldn't even compete with my 5 year old Apple express router.

This product was not an adequate modem/router to support streaming content

Tech came to house and could find no problems with the line, told me my 7 month old router was garbage, I did not believe but had no other options and so looked up a Dual Band

This modem - wire wireless router with 4 network connections works very well.

After the technician said my house need to have new cable lines run through my house, I elected to dump their cable modem/router and install a Motorola router/model.

Great router, easy to setup and works with my Cox service and fixed my slow connection issues I had with an older router it replaced.

This may be a very good modem/router, but we've had nothing but problems with it for streaming services, and XFINITY has indicated that cause is likely because of modem/router issues.

I replaced a perfectly good dual band ac router with this

Fast modem/router, performance on 2.4GHz wifi frequency vs a hardwired is comparable, I can get down >100Mbps on wired and only see a 5-10Mbps reduction off the same server on wifi.

I called Motorola tech support, and the friendly support person would only say yes performance on 2.4 GHZ will be worse than that on 5 GHZ, with not admission that these problems indicated a defective router

Overall extremely impressed, easily the best modem and router I have ever owned
