    • He told me he recommends this unit to everyone who has issues
    • Really nice unit
    • I may have just received a bad unit, but this on top of terrible online troubleshooting and customer support is enough to make me avoid this product all together
    • The xfinity guy recommends against combo router/modems, but so far so good, and way better then the unit I would be paying more to rent from them.
    • This unit is super easy to setup and very easy to configure and understand.
    • I can’t recommend this unit to gamers
    • Next I called Motorola support - the tech told me that based on the behavior of the lights flashing I either had a bad unit or a bad power adapter.
    • Highly recommend this unit.
    • Good combo unit, exactly what I needed.

    • This unit meets and exceeds performance
    • It must be the best unit on the market
    • but it is a nice unit.
    • So we're keeping our fingers crossed that this unit will continue to work.
    • It does replace both units for wireless internet, but it doesn't work with VOIP if you have phone service through Spectrum.

    • Unit worked good for a few weeks, then constantly crashed
    • THIS PRODUCT, unit stopped working after 5 months, called RCN , tech found unit bad, called Motorola at 1-617-753-0562 and they will not help , they instructed me to reconnect the unit to RCN, unit is broken, Motorola refused to accept the warranty otherwise, there is still more than one year left on the warranty.
    • I use Ooma as a home line, so don't bump up the unit's router firewall protection past the default of low...this will slow down packet & sub-net resulting in the Ooma device not recognizing a connection
    • This unit is awesome, it has great reception throughout our whole 2800 sq ft house as well as my shop out side 80 ft away from the house

    • Very flexible unit easy to program and simple installation
    • If you have IoT devices like cameras, cloud-connected printers or Wifi toothbrushes, this unit could prove frustrating
    • The ISP units were flaky.
    • I think I was a victim of a "bait-n-switch" on this wireless router/modem
    • I just moved and had to transition from Fios internet to Spectrum (best available in the area) and the modem they supplied was subpar for someone who uses the internet as much as I as well as my family do
    • I've installed at least 3 different setups over the years and this is by far, the fastest and simplest I've ever dealt with
