    • Obviously 1 mile compared to a boasting of 23 miles is nothing but those who are wondering how well a radio will work at the altitude of 8.7k-10.7k feet, amongst a range of 1 mile with a lot of trees to interfere, It works perfectly fine.

    • tech recommended resetting them, by pulling out the battery and letting them sit for over an hour... as silly as that was, it worked and the units haven't had an issues since!i've locked the buttons so my kids don't accidentally mess around with the units.
